Experience – 5+ years of mechanical experience

Responsibilities – Contract Administration, Pre-Con Estimate Reviews, Material & Equipment Purchasing, Customer Relations, Computer Proficient, Strong ability to oversee projects from estimation to close out.

Experience – 1+ years of VDC related experience or degree in architectural design technology.

Qualifications - Basic 3D modeling and drafting using AutoDesk Revit. Basic understanding of HVAC and Plumbing systems.

Responsibilities – display the ability to coordinate modeling and drafting between construction trades and communicate with field personnel for install.

Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or 1+ year experience in the Mechanical industry.

Responsibilities – Read mechanical drawings & specifications related to construction projects. Develop and process project documents (RFI’s, submittals, drawings, change orders) and monitor the timely turnaround on these items. Monitor and update construction schedules while visiting job sites. Assemble closeout documents (Commissioning, Warranty, O&M’s).
